DAI Wallet is non-custodial software. You control the seed phrase, private keys, passphrase, backups and transactions. DAI Wallet cannot recover lost keys, reverse transactions, freeze addresses or move funds for you.

Blockchain and stablecoin risk
DAI involves smart-contract risk, collateral risk, governance risk, oracle risk, liquidity risk and peg risk. Network fees, congestion, failed transactions, reorgs and protocol changes can affect your use of the wallet.
Software risk
Use the wallet at your own risk. Keep your operating system updated, verify release checksums before running builds, and protect your device from malware or unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
You are responsible for complying with laws and regulations that apply to you. Do not use the wallet or website for unlawful activity, sanctions evasion, fraud, abuse or attempts to compromise infrastructure.
No warranty
The website and software are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent allowed by law, DAI Wallet disclaims liability for lost funds, lost data, missed transactions, security incidents or indirect damages.
